Thermal Pad
SR-1000 series gap filler thermal interface material provides excellent thermal performance, low thermal resistance and highly electrically isolating. The soft interface pad conforms to component topography and provides an effective thermal interface between heat sinks and electronic devices where uneven surface topography, air gaps and rough surface textures are present. SR-1000 series is the best solution for high performance components.
