Thermal Pad
SR-800 series gap filler thermal interface material provides excellent thermal performance and low thermal resistance. The soft interface pad conforms to component topography and provides an effective thermal interface between heat sinks and electronic devices where uneven surface topography, air gaps and rough surface textures are present.
