Thermal Pad
SR-600 series gap filler thermal interface material provides excellent thermal performance and high conformability. The soft interface pad conforms to component topography and provides an effective thermal interface between heat sinks and electronic devices where uneven surface topography, air gaps and rough surface textures are present. SR-600 series is the optimal choice which can simultaneously solve issues in heat conducting, insulation and shock absorbing.
